President-Elect Results are in!

Congratulations to newly-elected incoming APA Washington Chapter President-elect, Yorik Stevens-Wajda, AICP! Yorik will begin his President-elect term in November 2020, and will be President for 2021–2023. Yorik has worked in local, regional, and transportation planning, and currently staffs the Snohomish County Council for planning topics.

Yorik has been a leader on the Chapter’s Legislative Committee for several years, along with Esther Larson from Spokane County. Together, they have followed the good, bad, and ugly legislation that has come up before the state Legislature, and worked with the Chapter and its lobbyist to ensure we are supporting the pro-planning legislation that helps our members.
