Student Registration Rates
Pudget South Section Conference Scholarships
The Pudget South Section is offering 12 scholarships for students and emerging planners to attend the 2026 APA Washington State Conference. Awards range from $225–$275 and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

All cancellations/substitutions must be submitted to APA WA in writing. Cancellations received on or before Thursday, September 10, will receive a refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Thursday, September 10, will receive no refund. With prior notification, you may substitute a different name for your registration.
Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities
Representative badges include access to the exhibit hall, conference meals, and social events. Continuing Education (CE) credits are available to representatives who attend eligible conference sessions.
Up to two (2) additional representative badges may be purchased during the advance registration period for $350 per badge. After advance registration closes, any additional representatives must register on site at the full conference attendee rate.
Please Note: Sponsors and exhibitors will receive a registration code to register their representatives. If you have not received your code, please contact the APA WA office at [email protected].
The APA WA 2026 Annual Conference provides something of value for each company that participates as an exhibitor or sponsor.
