Andrew Mortensen | Associate, David Evans and Associates, Inc (DEA)

Andrew has led multi-disciplinary teams in developing more than 50 multi-modal transportation plans. With over 35 years’ experience, he applies innovative approaches to problem-solving, focusing on the development and implementation of Complete Streets design guidelines to better facilitate travel. He co-developed the via-city program and software, a specialized GIS tool in the measurement of first and last mile, pedestrian-transit connectivity.
