Second Call to Discuss the WCI Offsets White Paper:

The WCI Offsets Committee has scheduled a second stakeholder call to discuss the white paper released on July 24th.  The purpose of the call is to review public comments received by August 21st and address any further topics or questions stakeholders may have at this point.  During September, the Offsets Committee will further analyze the options within the white paper, consider and incorporate stakeholder input, and develop draft recommendations.  Additional information can be found at www.westernclimateinitiative.org.
