This conference is an excellent venue for the private and not-for-profit sector to show its support for the planning industry, develop important partnerships, gain brand visibility and market products and services. To that end, please consider becoming a 2009 sponsor. As this conference is technically a conference and not a trade show, you must become a sponsor in order to exhibit. Exhibit Activity

The exhibit area is open during the entire conference. However, there is little traffic in the exhibit area when sessions are in progress. Therefore, there is no need to staff your booth all the time. We recommend exhibit staff also attend the conference sessions, and man your exhibit when the conference opens in the morning and during scheduled breaks. A Networking Reception with Exhibitors will take place in the early evening on Thursday, November 12. Extra activities are planned to draw attendees into the exhibit area. If you are unable to staff your booth, our staff will be happy to replenish your literature throughout the conference.
